How many people are in each workshop?
Each workshop is limited to 12 people to ensure that you get high qualify coaching and feedback
Is the workshop suitable for beginners?
Yes! due to the small group size, I can cater to both beginner and advanced trainees within the same session. As long as you are physically healthy and keen to learn, this is for you!
What is covered in the workshop?
We start with how to warm up for the movement. Then build up the technique from the ground up. We spend roughly the last half working through progressively heavier loads and refine your technique.
Is this relevant even if I am not a powerlifter?
Yes! These workshops will teach you these foundational movements, which apply to many different styles of training.
